Unearth the intention and the soul of the brand through interviews and work sessions with founders, employees and loyal customers, along with demographic prioritization to align business strategy with Gigapan's brand expression.  

Launching a thorough set of interviews and work sessions with key stakeholders, long term employees, and loyal customers, I rapidly unearthed the soul of the brand and was able to craft a more cohesive vision for the future. Consumer targets were defined, priorities for product development were articulated, and the expression of the brand was rebuilt, including an updated UI foronline, mobile and software.

RESULT

A completely new messaging and experience platform, coupled with an updated look and feel across digital, print and software, helped to hone the strategic focus of Gigapan's transformation into a software-as-a-service company with an intellectual, artistic, savvy consumer.
